Patient Registration Packets - Espanol
Meets every Tuesday from 4:45–5:30 p.m.
This group class is for children ages 5 to 7 who are in need of extra help to achieve age appropriate feeding skills. The sessions are based on using peer models and positive reinforcement to achieve feeding goals. The sessions are led by an occupational and speech therapist.
Speech or occupational therapy evaluation is required for participation.

Sara D. Wilson, MS, CCC-SLP - Clinic Manager Sara is a speech language pathologist with more than 12 years of experience. She has been managing Grapevine OCH for more than two years. Sara is a graduate of Texas Christian University with her Master of Science in communication disorders. During her years working as a speech pathologist, Sara has worked in varied settings including inpatient, acute care and outpatient. For the past 12 years, she has been working solely with the pediatric population.
Suzan Gordy, PT, MSPTSuzan earned her Master of Science in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University and her bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of North Texas. She has experience in adult inpatient acute, inpatient rehab, outpatient ortho, outpatient chiropractic clinic and nursing home settings.
Melanie Forbess, PT, DPT - Picture Coming SoonMelanie has been a physical therapist with OCH Grapevine for more than two years. She received her doctorate degree in physical therapy from UT Southwestern. She is the lead physical therapist in OCH Grapevine’s NICU follow-up clinic. Her special interests include NICU follow-up clinic and early intervention for developmental delay.
Sarah Poling, PT, DPT Sarah Poling is an Ohio native, who received her doctorate degree from The Ohio State University in 2010. She began her career as a traveling physical therapist and worked in a variety of settings. She is now happy to call OCH her home. Sarah’s special interests include pediatric orthopedic injuries, as well as torticollis.
Megan Beasley, MS, received her master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University. Her areas of special interest are feeding/dysphagia and early language in pediatrics. Megan is the lead speech therapist in OCH-Grapevine’s NICU follow-up clinic and is certified in NMES therapy for swallowing.
Darrah Boxberger, MS, CCC-SLP, earned her bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders along with her master's degree in speech-language pathology from Texas Woman's University. She has worked with the pediatric population in school systems and in outpatient settings. Her areas of interest include early language development and social language.
Kendra Vaughn, MS, CCC-SLP Kendra has 15 years of experience in pediatrics. Kendra graduated with her bachelor's from Abilene Christian University and from the University of North Texas with her master's. Her passions in pediatric therapy include early language, autism and augmentative communication.
Janythe Cerda, MS, CCC-SLPJanythe Cerda has more than 15 years of clinical experience in the field of speech pathology. Her interests include adolescent language, pragmatics and articulation. She is a graduate of Texas Woman's University where she earned her master's degree in speech pathology.
Chandra Gardner, OTR, holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Woman’s University. Her experience includes traumatic brain injury and acute care with adults, as well as outpatient therapy with pediatrics. She is certified in neurodevelopmental treatment and therapeutic listening. Chandra's special interest is in neurological disorders and sensory processing in pediatrics.

Elizabeth Janbaz, MA, OTR, has extensive experience primarily in the pediatric setting. She received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Tech University and her master's in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Liz is certified in Interactive Metronome and Therapeutic Listening. She is the lead occupational therapist on the OCH-Grapevine NICU follow up team.
Michelle has been working in the physical medicine field for the past eight years, including work as a therapy technician and as a front office/billing liaison. She has been a member of OCH Grapevine for two and a half years and particularly enjoys being able to provide support for our patients and their families.
Kristina Rodriguez, Therapy Technician Kristina Rodriguez has been with OCH for more than three years as a therapy technician. She graduated from University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in speech language pathology/audiology and plans to receive her master's degree in communication disorders. Her special areas of interest are autism, articulation and early language. Kristina loves working with the pediatric population, as it brings joy to each and every day!
Lillian Hynson, Therapy TechnicianLillian Hynson has been with Baylor for more than two and half years as a therapy technician. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science. She is currently applying for physical therapy school with a special interest in aquatics and gait training. She is passionate regarding patient motivation by bringing to the OCH team fabulous charisma.
