Our Services

Pediatric specialists evaluate and treat patients in a warm, comfortable environment designed especially for children.

Our services include:

Specialized Treatment Programs:

In addition to our standard services, we offer specialized programs specifically tailored to your child's unique needs: 

  • Feeding therapy for children with neurological and/or behavioral feeding disorders, including feeding group therapy and behavioral counseling
  • Sensory integration to help patients and families understand and improve sensory processing
  • Therapeutic listening program
  • Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (Vital Stim®)
  • Handwriting therapy: evaluate and treat children with handwriting disorders
  • Dietary/nutrition consultations for current feeding patients
  • PROMPT therapy for children with apraxia of speech

Our Staff 

Leigh Reese, OTR - Clinic Manager
 is a graduate of The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston's occupational therapy program. She loves working with children of all ages, and her special interest areas include neurologically-based disorders and developmental delays. Leigh is also the clinic manager of the Rockwall team.

Physical Therapists

Tandy Hagar, PT, MPT, DPT
is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a master’s degree in physical therapy, and earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Her special interests as a therapist include torticollis, balance and coordination deficits, hippotherapy and gait deficits. 

Erin Parker, PT, DPT
holds a doctorate of physical therapy degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and a bachelor's degree from Texas Woman’s University. Her clinical experience includes pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, orthopedics and acute care.  Her therapeutic interests include pediatric sports injuries, torticollis, balance and coordination deficits, Down syndrome and achieving developmental milestones.

Speech Therapists

Elizabeth Whitfill, MS, CCC-SLP Elizabeth has six years of experience as a pediatric therapist. A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Elizabeth has experience with articulation/phonology, expressive/receptive language impairments and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).  She has received training in the area of oral motor/feeding from Debra Beckman, MS, CCC-SLP, the PROMPT technique, and is also certified in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (Vital Stim) for dysphagia. Her therapeutic interests also include pediatric feeding and swallowing.

Amanda Roddy, MCD, CCC-SLP
Amanda is a graduate of Auburn University with experience in the area of articulation/phonology, expressive/receptive language impairment and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is certified in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (Vital Stim) for dysphagia. Her therapeutic interests include pediatric feeding and swallowing, autism and achieving developmental milestones. 

Jessica Marrs, MS, CCC-SLP
holds a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has experience in the areas of articulation/phonology, expressive/receptive language impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and feeding. Jessica previously worked as a speech-language pathology assistant for Lubbock ISD.  Her clinical areas of interest include developmental language delays/disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder and feeding.

Timothy Green, MS, CCC-SLP -
Timothy received his master’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2011.  He has experience in the areas of articulation, phonology, stuttering, expressive/receptive language and cognitive-linguistic disorders.  Tim is a six-year combat veteran of The United States Marine Corps and served overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005.  His clinical areas of interest include cultural and regional dialects/differences, stuttering, phonetics, linguistics and the anatomy and physiology speech.

Occupational Therapists

Brooke Thomas, MOT, OTR
is a graduate of Texas Woman's University where she earned her master's degree in occupational therapy. Her experience includes pediatrics, adult rehabilitation and inpatient care. She specializes in sensory processing disorder, developmental delay and visual motor difficulties

Courtney Kennedy, MOT, OT
earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University and her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Louisiana State University. Her experience includes pediatric and adult sub-acute rehabilitation. Courtney’s interests as a therapist include orthopedic impairments, upper extremity strengthening and achieving developmental milestones.

Christina Sinskichott, MOT, OTR
is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She has a special interest in sensory integration and the impact of visual skills on development. 

Therapy Technician

Tanya Johnson, BS, M.E.d.
earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in secondary education from Texas A&M - Commerce.

Office Staff

Kristi Estrada, Office Coordinator
has experience with insurance verification, scheduling, billing and customer service. Kristi is responsible for registering, scheduling and insurance verification of therapy patients.

Maria Cepeda, Administrative Assistant
has experience in financial counseling, hospital admitting and ER registration.
