Please remember to let us know if there have been any significant changes in your insurance, address, telephone number and any other information that may impact our ability to communicate with you or provide anything but the best services to your child.
If your insurance has changed, please notify the main office immediately. If we have your new information, we can verify your coverage in a timely manner as to not negatively impact your child’s ability to attend Our Children’s House.
It is your responsibility to make us aware of any changes in coverage. If we don’t have your new insurance information, you will be responsible for any charges incurred that your new insurance doesn’t cover. Thank you for helping us serve you in the best manner possible.
