Migraine Quiz 

The following self-evaluation test will help you determine if you have symptoms that may need medical attention. Review each symptom listed below and mark if you experience the symptom never, sometimes, or always when you have a headache.  
  • Pain Symptoms                                                      
    Moderate to severe pain
  • Pulsating, pounding or throbbing pain
  • Worse pain on one side of the head
  • Worse pain when you move or bend over                                                                                                      

Associated Symptoms

  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Sensitivity to or bothered by light                                                                                                      

If you answered sometimes or always to at least two pain symptoms, at least one of the associated symptoms, and have had five or more bad headaches (lasting between four and 72 hours) you may be having migraines.
