Diabetes Self-Management Training Program for Type 1 Diabetes
This combination one-on-one and group education program is designed to help meet individual education needs through a comprehensive assessment and review of self-care behaviors.
Diabetes Self-Management Training Program for Type 2 Diabetes
This eight to 10-hour, multidisciplinary program (approved by the ADA) covers a range of lifestyle and disease-prevention topics.

Pre-Diabetes Education Program
This class focuses on helping individuals with pre-diabetes achieve a healthy lifestyle through a comprehensive assessment and meal planning with a registered dietitian.
Diabetes During Pregnancy
Designed to help women with gestational diabetes, this intensive program includes individual meal planning, blood-glucose and ketone testing, physician-recommended exercise plans and insulin therapy when necessary.
Insulin Pump Program
This program includes a comprehensive assessment, education and support for individuals choosing to use an insulin pump.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Designed to assist individuals requiring additional support and education in food management, this dietitian-led program focuses on meal planning and using a variety of tools to manage diabetes.
