The Baylor Waxahachie Weight Management Program is a 12-week lifestyle and weight management class that is designed to help people make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The program is highly interactive and is led by Certified personal trainers, registered dietitians, and a licensed counselor.
The weight management program includes health screenings that will provide you with a general fitness assessment, body composition, basal metabolic rates as well as pulse and blood pressure levels.
Weight management classes include personal training sessions, meal plans from our dietitians and weekly classes that cover a variety of weight loss issues and progress tracking. Participants will be required to follow a study guide for the 12 chapter weight management book they are supplied. The program fee is $380 and includes all of the above as well as your BaylorWorx fitness membership.
At the conclusion of the 12-week lifestyle and weight loss program, a maintenance program designed to help participants maintain their healthy changes is available. The nine month maintenance program includes meetings, educational materials on physical activity, nutrition, motivation and additional fitness assessments to provide the participants updates on their health information.
