Comprehensive Diabetes Care 

Diabetes is a complex disease that can affect other areas of the body. These complications include heart disease, neuropathy, kidney failure, vision loss and diabetic foot wounds. In order to provide diabetes patients with comprehensive care, Baylor has physicians on our medical staff in these disciplines at many of our locations. Find a physician who meets your needs.

Wound Care

Five outpatient Comprehensive Wound Centers across the Metroplex help diabetic patients with diabetic foot wounds and other hard to heal wounds that diabetics sometimes face. Find a Baylor Wound Care Center.

Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute

Baylor has a long history of serving the health needs of those living in underserved areas. One example of this is our collaboration with the City of Dallas to form the Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute in South Dallas, where the incidence of diabetes is the highest in the city. Learn more.
