Heart & Lung Transplantation

The Baylor University Medical Center Heart and Lung Transplant Program, a Collaboration with UT Southwestern, provides new hope, restored health and freedom for patients suffering from end-stage heart and lung diseases. Our multidisciplinary transplant team provides a full range of services, from pre-evaluation to long-term follow-up care, housing and support services.

Our comprehensive Heart Failure Program also helps manage ongoing health needs. In addition to monitoring medications and coordinating multidisciplinary care, we thoroughly assess your situation and develop strategies to help you manage your disease. We also offer access to clinical trials and remain available as long as you need us.

The Pulmonary Hypertension Program helps manage chronic illnesses that are difficult to diagnose and treat. Our goal is to be among the pioneers who develop treatment options and cultivate hope.
