A program of Baylor Health Care System, Personal EDGE® provides busy leaders with comprehensive medical examinations, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle evaluations, and personalized fitness programs – all in one luxurious setting conveniently located in Dallas, Texas.

Personal EDGE® synchronizes medical resources to help busy leaders achieve and maintain optimal health and fitness goals – and save valuable time. Comprehensive medical examinations, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle evaluations, and personalized fitness programs are coordinated during a conveniently scheduled annual office visit. One productive day each year spent in the opulence and comfort of a well-appointed, private suite – with same-day test results.

Regardless of fitness level or athletic ability, Personal EDGE® assessments provide busy leaders with the knowledge and skills essential to continued personal success and healthy living.
