Laura’s Lunch: Tues., April 26 - Will Rogers Memorial Center 

                           

Charlotte Robinson-Chair and Sarah Jarrett-Vice-Chair led the Laura’s Lunch 2011 committee. This year’s event was particularly special as it marks the final Laura’s Lunch.  

It has been a privilege to honor Laura for nine years, while raising funds for the Laura Leonard Hallum Neuroscience Center. The support of our generous donors has enabled the Neuroscience Center to provide outstanding care to many in our community.

Laura Leonard Hallum Neuroscience Center

The Laura Leonard Hallum Neuroscience Center offers advanced technology including a framed stereotactic surgery system for complex brain and spinal cord surgery, and a Movement Disorders Clinic for addressing a host of neurological conditions including essential tremors, Parkinson’s Disease, dystonia, Huntington’s Disease, ataxia, and Tourette’s Syndrome. 

The Skull Base Center at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and Baylor Fort Worth is one of the few places in Texas offering comprehensive treatment for conditions and tumors in and around the skull base. The Skull Base Center offers specialized services for cancer patients, contributing to our comprehensive cancer program.
