Waardenburg syndrome

Symptoms

  • Extremely pale blue eyes or eye colors that don't match (heterochromia)
  • White patch of hair or early graying of the hair
  • Deafness
  • Possible slight decrease in intellectual functioning
  • Occasional cleft lip
  • Constipation
  • Possible difficulty with completely straightening joints (contracture)
