Learn to Lose
LEARN (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Relationship, Nutrition) is a comprehensive, medically supervised weightloss program designed for individuals seeking modest weight loss. It meets for 12 weeks at Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth. Participants learn about nutrition and meal patterns as well as fitness training and exercises they can fit into their everyday lives. Individuals meet with a clinical psychologist, undergo metabolic rate testing and weekly weigh-ins, and receive a personalized meal plan.
