Baylor Outpatient Programs for Traumatic Brain Injury Patients
Outpatient services emphasize continued development of skills after you have completed acute rehabilitation in the hospital.
Your physician and treatment team will recommend a discharge plan that may include therapies,
specialty programs and/or clinics, and
activities.
The goal is to help you continue to progress and maintain maximum independence.
Friends of Hope Camp
For those who have suffered a brain injury, spending a day having fun and socializing can be uplifting and beneficial to the recovery process. To help, Baylor's Traumatic Brain Injury Program staff members work with
"Friends of Hope," a day camp for survivors of brain injuries.
