Post Transplant Program

The number of transplants performed nationally continues to grow each year with advances in technology and an increase in the number of physicians performing solid organ and bone marrow transplants. For some of these patients, physical rehabilitation may be necessary following the transplant to better enable them to return to home, work, school or other pre-transplant activities.
