Urologic Cancer Diagnosis Options
A variety of different tests may be used to diagnose a urologic cancer. Some of these may include:
Kidney Cancer
Prostate Cancer
If you are 50 or older, it is important for you to have annual check ups to offer early detection of any prostate health issues. Prostate cancer can be diagnosed through a combination of a physical rectal exam and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test. High-risk men such as African-American men and those with a family history of prostate cancer should begin this annual screening by age 40.
Renal Cell Carcinoma
Testicular Cancer
