Any person who has been diagnosed with, or is in treatment for, any type of cancer can benefit from the Mind/Body approach.
The behavioral medicine, or Mind/Body approach, addresses not only the physical symptoms of your condition, but also the attitudes and behaviors that surround the condition. The approach deals with the cycle of stress, anxiety, physical tension, symptoms and disease.
The Mind/Body approach can bring about an improved sense of well-being that can positively affect your health and your daily life.
This approach teaches you how to:

- Effectively manage stress
- Manage side effects of cancer treatment
- Strengthen immune system
