Support and Education Programs

THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano is committed to educating and supporting people facing heart and vascular concerns, their families and others interested in learning ways to achieve heart and vascular wellness. In addition to personal consultations with your nurse prior to discharge, guests and their family members are invited to attend a Discharge Forum to receive additional health information and ask any further questions. Patient support groups, community information classes and health fairs will also be offered.
