Baylor Tom Landry Health and Wellness Center

The Baylor Tom Landry Health and Wellness Center is a facility dedicated to offering comprehensive medical, health, fitness and sports science research services to the Dallas community.

The complex features the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center, including an aquatics center, cardiac, spine and physical rehabilitation centers, a sports science and wellness laboratory, the Baylor Motion and Sports Performance Center, the Personal Edge Comprehensive Health and Fitness Assessment Program, and the L Spa. The Center is an affiliate of the Baylor Health Care System.
