Mammograms are an important part of health care for women, screening for breast cancer and detecting other breast abnormalities.

Baylor's Breast Imaging Centers in hospitals and facilities around the Metroplex provide screening and diagnostic services along with consultation, education and treatment options.

In addition, Darlene G. Cass Women's Imaging Center, located on the Baylor University Medical Center campus, conducts extensive breast cancer research and uses advanced technology to assist physicians on the medical staff at Baylor in providing quality care.
