Welcome to Baylor Scott & White Health's Patient Registration and Billing Center. The information provided here will help you prepare for your visit with us and answer your billing and finance questions. We encourage you to read through these pages and learn more about expediting the check‐in process at registration, estimating and managing the costs of your services, and understanding the billing process. The pre-registration process assists us in preparing for your visit, saving you valuable time during the day of your test or surgical procedure. Once we receive your information, we will verify your insurance benefits and make efforts to complete pre-certification and prior authorization work before your visit. A Pre-Registration representative may also contact you prior to your visit to go over your specific insurance information and offer an estimate for any out-of-pocket expenses.

Please note if your physician requires pre-admission testing (PAT) or pre-operative testing or if you are not sure, you should speak with a pre-admission/pre-operative testing nurse at the facility where your procedure is scheduled to determine if an assessment is necessary.

service to our patients to help you better manage your care.

While Baylor Scott & White accepts most major insurances, there are many different levels of
insurance plan coverage and coverage is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Please check with your insurance company directly to ensure that Baylor Scott & White is
participating with your specific plan and you are receiving the most recent and accurate
information about your service.
You can pay your bill online, by mail or in person at the Baylor Scott & White facility where
you received your services, or through the mail.
Baylor Scott & White offers a variety of financial assistance options available to our patients
who are uninsured and underinsured. We offer hospital financial assistance, assistance with enrollment in third-party programs, interest-free payment plans and an uninsured patient
Baylor Scott & White provides information for patients covered by a health care plan.
From the moment you schedule your care with us, we are actively working on your patient
account to ensure your visit (before, during and after) is seamless as possible.
