Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Dallas - Camp Wisdom Road 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Dallas off Camp Wisdom Rd. offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Our Staff

Center Manager/Physical Therapist: Tynisa C. Bennett, MS, PT

Tynisa earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Houston in 2003 and a Master of Science in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2005.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently pursuing a manual therapy certification. Tynisa is trained in functional capacity evaluations and enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal pathologies.

Physical Therapist: Constance Fleming, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT

Constance received her Bachelor of Education in athletic training sports medicine from Baylor University in 2009 and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2012. Constance is a graduate of the Select Medical Orthopaedic Residency Program and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and sport medicine rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist: Basem Mankerious, PT, DPT

Basem holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from UT Arlington and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. Basem is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, orthopedic and sports medicine sections. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including disorders of the hip, knee, foot/ankle, shoulder and spine.
