Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Dallas - Central and Forest 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Services clinic in Dallas at Central Expressway and Forest Lane offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Our Staff

Center Manager: Bryan Bertsch, PT, OCS  
Bryan is the Center Manager for Baylor Rehab at Dallas-Central. Bryan received his bachelor’s degrees in Physical Therapy,  and  Educational Studies in exercise science from the University of Missouri. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has experience treating orthopedic diagnoses in many patients, including amateur and pro athletes. He has managed golf-specific rehab and sports performance training programs  and is administrator of Baylor Rehab’s Orthopedic Residency Program.  Bryan is trained in Trigger Point Dry Needling for soft tissue pain and dysfunction. 
 
Physical Therapist: William “Dan” Breazeale, PT, DPT
Dan received his B.S. in Kinesiology from Louisiana Tech University, where he also played baseball. He has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman's University. His clinical interests include manual therapy of the spine and lower extremity, as well as sports medicine with a focus on the "weekend warrior." Dan is  trained in trigger point dry needling for soft tissue pain and dysfunction.  
 
Physical Therapist: Taryn Cocallas, PT, DPT       
Taryn received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Illinois.  She enjoys working with people of all ages and all types of orthopedic injuries and conditions.  She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Functional Capacity Evaluations and is currently working toward her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.  She is a former college volleyball player.
 
Physical Therapist: Allison Lankford, PT, DPT
Allison received her B.S. in exercise science/pre-physical therapy from Abilene Christian University and her doctorate of physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She is one of the few PTs in Texas trained in ASTYM, an advanced soft tissue mobilization technique. 

Physical Therapist: Christopher Rogers, DC, PT, ATC, OCS
Christopher received his degree in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma. He became certified in athletic training in 1995, and completed a doctorate in chiropractic medicine in 2001. He has experience in acute care, wound care, hospital outpatient, inpatient neurological rehab, home health sports injury revention/rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation.
