The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation at Irving-MacArthur offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury. We treat 12,000 patients annually.
Our expansive facility is located at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving. It features two general private treatment rooms, one women’s health private treatment room and one speech therapy treatment room. The physical and occupational therapy gym has areas for functional testing, hand and sports rehabilitation. We feature bilingual staff in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Polish. Valet parking is available.

Center Manager/Occupational Therapist: Lesli Jenkins, OTR, CLTLesli completed a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation science at UT Southwestern Health Science Center and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Tech Health Science Center. She’s had extensive training with an emphasis on polytrauma hand and upper extremity orthopedic injuries across the numerous settings. Lesli also earned a certification in lymphedema treatment (CLT) from the Norton School of Lymphatics in 2012. Lesli’s clinical interests include lymphedema, comprehensive oncology and hand therapy.
Physical Therapist: Natalia Bubien, PT, DPTNatalia played tennis for Southern Methodist University before pursuing degrees in physical therapy from UT Southwestern School of Health Professions. Natalia is trained in dry needling, and has a strong interest in sports and orthopedic physical therapy that includes sport-specific training. She participates in ongoing educational opportunities including joint manipulation, soft tissue mobilization and evidence based exercise for musculoskeletal injuries. She is fluent in both English and Polish.
Physical Therapist: Megan DeBlieck, PT, DPTMegan received her Certification of Advanced Studies in Women’s Health Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. She is pursuing board certification as a Women’s Clinical Specialist. Since joining Baylor Rehab, Megan has worked to build and grow a Women’s Health program and a Comprehensive Oncology program. She treats patients with lymphedema and cancer diagnoses, and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Her areas of interest are treating individuals with chronic pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction, as well as various cancer diagnoses and their associated conditions.
Physical Therapist: Diana Funk, PT, DPT, LSVT Big CertifiedDiana received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University. She is LSVT BIG certified and specializes in postural respiration. Diana’s clinical interests include stroke/neuro rehab, PD, oncology, geriatrics, joint replacements, spine and other orthopedic impairments.
Physical Therapist: Nicholas Hauge, PT, DPTNicholas attended St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa where he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and played football. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Miami in Florida. Nicholas has extensive history with sports and a strong interest in orthopedic and sports physical therapy with an emphasis on return to sports. Nicholas also has a special interest in manual physical therapy. He has experience working with high-level athletes, including Division I, NFL and MLB athletes.
Physical Therapist: Rachael Henderson, PT, DPTRachael graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2015 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is currently perusing higher specialization in vestibular rehabilitation, neurology and orthopedics with emphasis on Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and soft tissue manipulation. Rachael’s clinical interests include caring for those who have a neurological injury including stroke and traumatic brain injury, those who have vertigo and dizziness, balance difficulties, preventing falls and orthopedics.
Occupational Therapist: Liz Loudenslager, OTR/LLiz is originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and attended the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitative studies in 2014 and her master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2015. She is currently pursuing a lymphedema certification with a special interest in lymphedema and oncology. Liz has a passion for orthopedic hand and shoulder injuries, along with interests in splint fabrication, manual therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation.
Physical Therapist: Seth Manly, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, LSVT BIGSeth graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. He then graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2014 with a doctorate in physical therapy. Seth specializes in LSVT BIG Parkinson’s treatment and is currently a certified and licensed athletic trainer. His clinical interests include injury prevention, along with neurological, sports and prosthetic rehabilitation.
Occupational Therapist: Lauren Patton, OTRLauren completed her masters in Kinesiology at Texas A&M-Commerce and finished her masters in occupational herapy at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Lauren became certified in the LSVT BIG Program for Parkinson’s disease and specializes in lymphedema, oncology and has experience with upper extremity rehabilitation. Lauren’s other interests include splint fabrication, orthopedic hands and shoulders, and manual therapy.
