Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Irving - MacArthur 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation at Irving-MacArthur offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury. We treat 12,000 patients annually.

Our expansive facility is located at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving and features: five physical therapy (PT) rooms, four individual PT treatment areas, an occupational therapy area, large gym, two traction rooms, wound care room, two private women’s health rooms, a balance master room and functional testing area. We have a bilingual staff, and valet parking also is available.

Our Staff

Center Manager: Chase Hamilton, PT, DPT, OCS
Chase received his doctorate from Texas Woman’s University. He is board certified through the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is currently pursuing advanced studies in manual therapy. Chase has experience with orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, dry needling, functional capacity evaluations and return to work programs.

Physical Therapist: Sruti Manvi, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC
Sruti received her doctorate and manual therapy certification from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Sruti is board certified through the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Sruti has extensive history in orthopedics with focus areas on cervicogenic headaches, TMJ dysfunction, spine dysfunction and oncology orthopedics.

Physical Therapist: Khyati Merchant, PT, BPTh
Khyati is a graduate of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India, and came to Irving with extensive experience in orthopedic, neurological and wound care rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing her clinical doctorate in physical therapy.

Physical Therapist: Lorien Hathaway, PT, CLT 
Lorien is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and completed her post-graduate residency in women's health through Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy through Texas Woman’s University. Lorien has extensive experience in orthopedics, lower extremity amputations, vestibular, lymphedema and women and men's health. She is lymphedema and Graston certified.

Occupational Therapist: Lesli Jenkins, OTR-L, CLT
Lesli received her master’s degree at Texas Tech University and certification in manual lymph draining through Norton. She has extensive rehabilitation experience in orthopedics, oncology, neurological, trauma and burn-related injuries. Lesli also has experience in myofascial release and neuro-developmental techniques, and she is lymphedema and Graston certified.
