Outpatient Physical Therapy Staff  

Occupational Therapists

Ekta Pathare MBA, OTR, CHT

Ekta graduated from University of Dallas with a Master's in Business Administration and from the University of Bombay in Mumbai, India with a Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has dedicated her time towards treatment of upper extremity patients and specializes in treatment of finger, hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder pathologies with extensive training for shoulder and nerve disorders, splinting, and manual therapy. She became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2010. Ekta mostly enjoys manual joint mobilization techniques and now serves as a senior therapist in the Hand Clinic and Occupational Therapy department. She has previously served as Program Coordinator for Inpatient and Outpatient therapies before joining the Baylor family. 

Jennifer Valle OTR, CHT, CLT

Jennifer graduated from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a BS in Occupational Therapy.  Jennifer also became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2006 and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2008.  Jennifer has a special interest in treating wrist and hand fractures, elbow fractures and patients with lymphedema.  Jennifer has completed continuing education courses in the areas of nerve compression syndromes, kinesiotaping, tendon repairs, splinting, wound care, elbow rehab, and advanced hand therapy techniques.

Physical Therapists

Anita Singhal, PT, MSPT

Anita graduated from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts with her Masters in Physical Therapy. She has worked in multiple therapy settings in Boston and New York City before moving to Dallas. Anita enjoys treating all orthopedic diagnoses but she has a special interest in spinal and hip dysfunctions. She completed a year-long Pilates Certification and has taught at Pilates studios for the last 2 years. 

Beth Jones, PT, DPT

Beth graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  Her clinical experience includes working with high school and college athletes, general orthopedic conditions, needs for wound care, and neurological conditions. Beth has a special interest in treating clients with sports injuries, joint replacements, and women’s health needs.

Bryan Bertsch, PT 

Bryan graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy.  Bryan has extensive clinical experience with manual therapy and treatment techniques, a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and spine diagnoses.  In addition he has special interest working with sports injuries, specifically with golf.  Bryan heads up the Baylor Golf Performance program, having worked with both professional and amateur golfers.  Bryan has had extensive continuing education with manual spinal techniques, treatment of the spine, knee injuries and shoulder injuries.  Bryan serves as the Clinical Manager for the Baylor Outpatient Physical Medicine Center at the Baylor Tom Landry Center.

Carlton Glover, PT, DPT

Carlton graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  His clinical experience includes orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, and differential diagnosis. He has a particular interest in oncological rehabilitation, foot and ankle conditions and scoliosis. In July 2008, Carlton published an article regarding anterior knee pain in “Advance for Directors in Rehab Management.” He currently serves as the department’s therapy supervisor for the Baylor Outpatient Physical Medicine Center at the Baylor Tom Landry Center.

Craig Cunningham, PT, DPT

Craig graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  Craig has a special interest in manual therapy and treating patients with spinal dysfunctions and other various orthopedic conditions as well as promoting health and wellness initiatives in the community.  Craig is also one of the Baylor Tom Landry Rehabilitation aquatic therapists.

D’Andrea Gadberry, PT, LAT

D’Andrea graduated with a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas. She also earned her license in athletic training in 1988.  Dee has been trained in the evaluation and treatment of women’s health diagnoses such as incontinence and pelvic floor pain. Besides sports and women’s health, Dee also has a special interest in treating law enforcement personnel.  Dee has completed extensive continuing education courses in aquatics serving as one of our aquatic therapists, sports medicine, advanced courses in the knee, shoulder and McKenzie manual therapy techniques. 

Matt Kudron PT, DPT, CSCS

Matt graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His clinical experience includes general orthopedic conditions, strength and conditioning, and wellness and has completed continuing education courses for the knee, shoulder, and geriatric clientele. He has a particular interest in working with patients that have shoulder conditions and/or spinal injuries. In October 2009, Matt received national certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Michael Condy, PT

Michael graduated from New York University in New York City with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy. Michael has extensive experience treating a variety of orthopedic, spine and sports diagnoses with special interest in ACL and PCL injuries.  He has worked with many high level professional, college and high school athletes over the course of this physical therapy career.  Michael also specializes in the treatment of shoulder pathologies and surgical patients as well as spine related injuries, using a variety of treatment approaches and philosophies. Michael serves as Senior Therapist at the Baylor Tom Landry Rehabilitation Center.

Michelle Roch PT, MPT

Michelle graduated from UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas with her Masters of Physical Therapy.  Her clinical experience includes treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, aquatic therapy, and patients with fibromyalgia.  Michelle has a special interest in knee injuries.  Michelle has taken a wide-range of continuing education including courses in shoulder injuries, aquatic therapy and fibromyalgia.  Michelle works extensively with the comprehensive fibromyalgia program offered at the Baylor Tom Landry Rehabilitation Center.

Rachel Tolentino, PT, MSPT

Rachel graduated from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas with a Masters of Physical Therapy.  Rachel enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and a particular interest in manual therapy, having completed her course work for North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy certification.  Being a marathon runner herself, Rachel also has a special interest treating running injuries and other athletes.  Besides NAIOMT, Rachel has completed continuing education in shoulder rehabilitation, spinal therapy and aquatic therapy.  Rachel is also one of the Baylor Tom Landry Rehabilitation Center’s aquatic therapists.

Romola Madziar, PT

Romola received a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama.  Prior to joining the Baylor Tom Landry Rehabilitation, she worked in outpatient private practice in Oak Cliff.  Her experience includes orthopedics, home health care, and aquatic therapy.  She enjoys treating all diagnosis.  She has taken various continuing education courses including PNF, Pilates, and shoulder stabilization.  She also has been trained in the WorkWell FCE technique for evaluation of work-related injuries.  

Valerie L. Bobb PT, MPT, ATC

Valerie graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a Masters of Physical Therapy as well as a degree in Psychology. She also became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 1999. As an athletic trainer she has had experience working with high school and collegiate athletes, professional dancers, soccer players and the “weekend warrior”. She has interest in obstetrics, the female athlete and pregnant athlete and has served as a secondary investigator for a three year study on the Female Athlete Triad. She also has an interest in breast health and all areas of oncology. Currently, Valerie is pursuing her Women’s Health Clinical Specialist Certification. 

J. Wade McIntyre, PT, CSCS

Wade received his Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Wade has experience working with orthopedic and sports medicine clients in an outpatient setting. His focus of care includes spine rehabilitation, sports medicine, chronic pain, work hardening and work conditioning. He has received specialty certifications in wound care, lymphedema therapy, aquatics and is nationally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Wade also has experience working in acute care, long-term rehabilitation, home health and school systems. He serves as the Director of Rehab Services for the Baylor Outpatient Physical Medicine Center at the Baylor Tom Landry Center.

Wendy Collins, PT

Wendy graduated from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She continued her education earning a specialty certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. Her interest and expertise center on providing manual therapy and sports medicine rehabilitation although she enjoys working with all orthopedic diagnoses. Her education has been enhanced through her attendance in courses including Active Release Therapy for the spine, upper extremities and lower extremities.
